I haven’t received my Airtime Credit?

There could be a couple of reasons for this. Firstly, can we ask that you check the bank account details that you have shared with Connection Technologies? If the information is incorrect the payments will be unable to be made.

 

Next, please look out for a payment listed as CT Airtime ATC – this is the Airtime Credit.

 

Depending on your connection date, you may receive your ATC in your first month. If not, you’ll receive a double ATC payment in month two of your contract. These payments are not pro-rata-ed.
