Your Airtime Credit (ATC) is paid directly into your business bank account on the 23rd of each month. If the 23rd falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday, the payment will be made the next working day instead. You’ll see the payment listed as CT Airtime ATC.
You should have received an Airtime Credit Payment Schedule from your account manager when you signed your business mobile contract, please contact your account manager or customer services if you have not had this.
Depending on your connection date, you may receive your ATC in your first month. If not, you’ll receive a double ATC payment in month two of your contract. These payments are not pro-rata-ed.
