Is the postcode checker free?
Yes — completely free, no sign-up. All the underlying data comes from official open-data sources published under the Open Government Licence.
How accurate are the house prices?
Sold prices come straight from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data — the official record of every registered property sale in England and Wales. We show medians for the last 12 months plus the most recent individual sales, updated as new data is published.
What areas are covered?
All 121 UK postcode areas and around 2,850 postcode districts. Broadband and mobile data covers the whole UK; house prices cover England and Wales; crime data covers England, Wales and Northern Ireland; census demographics cover England and Wales.
