I have lost my phone

If you have lost your phone or it has been stolen, take these steps immediately:

1. Call us on 0333 015 2615 — we will set a spend cap on your account straight away to prevent unauthorised charges.

2. Remote lock your device — if you have mobile device management (MDM) enabled, we can remotely lock or wipe the device to protect your business data.

3. Report to police — get a crime reference number, which you will need for any insurance claim.

4. Insurance claim — if you have mobile insurance through Connection Technologies, we will start the claims process immediately. In most cases, we can arrange a replacement device within 24 hours.

5. Block your SIM — we will arrange for your network to block the SIM card so it cannot be used.
