Ruckus routers: logins, addresses and status lights
Ruckus access points are commercial equipment and behave like it. The same hardware can run standalone with its own web interface, or under Unleashed, or be adopted by a SmartZone or cloud controller, and which of those you are looking at changes the answer to almost every question about it. Two things catch people out. Firmware and security updates sit behind a support entitlement, so a used unit with no contract is cut off from them. And an access point powered from an ordinary 802.3af switch port will quietly disable some of its own hardware rather than telling you it is short of power.
Every Ruckus router here uses the same settings address: 192.168.0.1.
Documented fixed default across the whole range.
