By default, your bills are available online through your network provider digital portal. However, we understand that some customers prefer to receive paper bills by post.
To switch to postal billing, contact your dedicated Connection Technologies account manager who can arrange this with your network provider. Please note that some networks may charge a small administration fee (typically £1-£2 per month) for postal billing.
We recommend keeping online billing active even if you prefer post, as the digital portal gives you:
- Instant access to current and historical bills
- Real-time usage monitoring
- The ability to download bills as PDFs for your records
- Faster dispute resolution if any billing queries arise
