What is MyConnectionHub?
MyConnectionHub is Connection Technologies' self-service customer portal. It gives you a live view of your entire business mobile and telecoms fleet — every number, cost centre, invoice and support request — in one place, on the desktop web app and the iOS/Android mobile app.
How much do your apps cost?
Nothing — MyConnectionHub is included free for Connection Technologies customers. There are no per-user charges and no add-on fees for the web or mobile apps.
How do I get access?
Access is by invitation. If you're an existing customer, ask your account manager or contact our team and we'll send you an invite with everything you need to log in. New to Connection Technologies? Get in touch and we'll get your business set up.
Is there a mobile app as well as the website?
Yes. MyConnectionHub runs as a full web app on your desktop and as a native app on iOS and Android. Both use the same account and the same live data, so you can start something at your desk and finish it on your phone.
What can I actually manage in the app?
You can see your fleet at a glance on a live dashboard, search and nickname every number on your account, organise usage and spend by cost centre, track call analytics and billing periods, view and download invoices, spot zero-usage numbers, and raise real support requests such as SIM changes and callbacks.
Are the support tickets real tickets?
Yes — support requests raised in the app go straight to our team and get a genuine ticket reference you can track in the app, so you always know where your request is up to.
Who is Ava?
Ava is the AI assistant built into MyConnectionHub. Ask her a question about your account, your numbers or your billing and she'll help you find the answer fast — and if you need a human, our team is only ever a message away.
Can more than one person in my company use it?
Yes. Colleagues who look after different departments or cost centres can each have their own login. Contact our team and we'll set up access for everyone who needs it.
Is my data secure?
Yes. The apps are served over encrypted HTTPS connections and every user signs in with their own credentials, so your fleet and billing data is only visible to the people you've authorised.
I can't log in — what should I do?
Use the password reset option on the login screen, or contact our support team on 0333 015 2615 and we'll get you back in quickly.
