Connection Technologies is a UK-based business telecoms and IT services company. We help small and mid-sized businesses across the UK with their business mobile contracts, Hosted VoIP phone systems, business broadband and managed IT services. This page explains what we do, the markets we serve, and how to get in touch.
What Connection Technologies Does
We are an independent UK business technology provider. Rather than being tied to one network or vendor, we work as an authorised partner of every major UK mobile network and as an independent reseller of Hosted VoIP, broadband and IT services. That means we recommend whichever option actually fits your business — not whichever one we are paid most to push.
The four areas we cover
- Business Mobiles — contracts, SIM-only deals and handsets across EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three. See our best mobile network UK 2026 comparison and best business mobile phone plans.
- Hosted VoIP & Cloud Telephony — our HyperCloud Hosted VoIP platform is built specifically for UK SMEs needing reliable cloud phone systems. See our cloud based telephony guide.
- Business Broadband & Connectivity — fibre, FTTP and leased lines from £25/month. See business broadband UK 2026.
- Managed IT Services — outsourced IT support, mobile device management and Microsoft 365 administration for SMEs. See IT support guide and MDM platforms compared.
Who We Work With
Most of our customers are UK businesses with between 5 and 250 employees — the kind of company too big for a consumer mobile contract but too small to need a dedicated procurement department or in-house IT team. Common sectors we serve include professional services, construction, hospitality, retail and field-service businesses across the UK.
We also work with larger organisations on specific projects — particularly multi-site Hosted VoIP rollouts and managed mobile fleets of 100+ users. If you would like a detailed breakdown of who we are best suited to (and the customers we are not the right fit for), see our straight-talking who we are best for page.
Looking for Us by a Slightly Different Name?
Our company name is Connection Technologies — but we know that long brand names get typed (and Googled) in lots of different ways. If you arrived here searching for any of the following, you are in the right place:
- Conetion Technologies, Conection Technologies or Conecction Technologies — common one-letter typos.
- Conneciton Technologies, Connectiom Technologies or Connection Technologys — auto-correct slips.
- Connect Tech, Connection Tech, Connect Company or Connected Co — short forms people sometimes use.
- UK Connection, Connectivity Technology or Technology Connectivity — descriptive variants used in searches.
- Connectivity Phone or simply Connection — shortened searches.
If you typed any of those, you have landed on the right company. Connection Technologies Limited is registered in England & Wales — you can verify the legal entity on Companies House. Our trading name across all marketing, invoicing and customer-facing materials is “Connection Technologies”.
How to spell & pronounce it
Spelling: Connection (two N’s, one T after the C, ending in -tion) Technologies (note the plural at the end — Technologies, not Technology). We are not Connect Tech, Connect Technologies or Connection Technology — those are different companies.

What Makes Us Different
Three things tend to come up in customer feedback as the reasons businesses pick us over the bigger names:
- No long lock-ins on hidden costs. Every quote we send shows the airtime cost, handset rental and any commission rebates separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Read more on how we structure contracts.
- UK-based account management. Every customer has a named account manager — not a ticket queue. Most issues are resolved on a single phone call.
- Independent recommendations. We hold authorised partner agreements with every major UK mobile network, so we can recommend whichever is genuinely best for your business — not just whichever pays us most.

Frequently Asked Questions
“Connect Tech” is a short form people sometimes use when searching for us, but our official name is Connection Technologies. We are not affiliated with any other company that uses “Connect Tech” or “Connect Technologies” as a trading name. If you are looking for the UK business telecoms provider with the orange-and-blue branding, you are in the right place.
Our head office is in Hull, East Yorkshire, but we serve UK businesses nationally. Account management, support and customer service are all UK-based. We do not outsource support overseas.
Four main product areas: business mobile contracts (across EE, O2, Vodafone and Three), Hosted VoIP cloud phone systems (our HyperCloud platform), business broadband (fibre, FTTP and leased lines), and managed IT services including mobile device management and Microsoft 365 administration.
We are an authorised business partner of EE, O2, Vodafone and Three — not a network ourselves. That means our customers get exactly the same coverage, pricing and contract terms as if they went direct to the network, plus airtime credit (cashback from our commission) and a UK account manager.
The quickest way is to use the online quote form for business mobiles or the Hosted VoIP form. Most quotes are returned within one business day with itemised pricing including any airtime credit. You can also call 0333 015 2615 directly during UK office hours.
