Call Divert Codes for All UK Networks

Call divert codes — sometimes called star codes or USSD codes — let you activate and cancel call forwarding directly from your phone's keypad. These are universal GSM codes that work on every UK network including EE, Vodafone, O2, Three, giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, VOXI, Sky Mobile and all other MVNOs.

Universal Call Divert Codes

Replace [number] with the full phone number you want to divert calls to, including the leading zero (e.g. 07700900123).

How to Use These Codes

1. Open your phone's dialler (the keypad you use to make calls).
2. Type the activation code, replacing [number] with the destination number.
3. Press the call button. You will see a confirmation message on screen.
4. To cancel, dial the corresponding cancel code and press call.

Network Compatibility

These codes are part of the GSM standard, so they work identically on every UK mobile network:

• EE (including BT Mobile and Plusnet Mobile)
• Vodafone (including VOXI)
• O2 (including giffgaff and Tesco Mobile)
• Three (including SMARTY)
• Sky Mobile, iD Mobile, Lebara and all other UK MVNOs

Tips and Troubleshooting

• If a code does not work, make sure you are dialling from the phone's native dialler — not a third-party app.
• Some networks require mobile data or signal to process the code. Try again in an area with good coverage.
• Use ##002# to quickly cancel all diverts if you are unsure which types are active.
• Conditional diverts (busy, no answer, unreachable) can all be active at the same time with different destination numbers.
