• Receiving voicemails abroad: You may be charged for calls diverted to voicemail while roaming, even if you do not listen to them.
• Remote access: Calling your own number from a landline is charged at your landline provider's standard rate.

Vodafone Voicemail Not Working?

If your Vodafone voicemail is not working, try these steps:

1. Restart your phone — this clears temporary network glitches.
2. Re-enable voicemail — dial 1211 to reactivate, then test by calling yourself from another phone.
3. Check your signal — voicemail needs a network connection to set up. Move to an area with better coverage.
4. Reset your PIN — if you have forgotten your PIN, call Vodafone on 191 from your handset (free) and ask for a reset.
5. Check call diverts — dial *#004# to see where your calls are being forwarded. If voicemail is not listed, re-enable it with 1211.
