There are three ways to get your PAC code from EE:
1. Text Method (Fastest)
Text PAC to 65075 from your EE mobile. You will receive your PAC code via text within 60 seconds. This is the quickest and easiest method, mandated by Ofcom for all UK networks.
2. Call EE
Call 150 from your EE phone (free) or 07953 966 250 from any phone. Ask the agent for your PAC code. They may try to offer you a retention deal to stay — you are under no obligation to accept.
3. Online
Log in to the EE app or My EE online. Navigate to the account settings or "Leaving EE" section to request your PAC code online.
What Happens Next
- Give your PAC code to your new mobile provider.
- Your number will transfer within 1 working day.
- Your EE SIM will stop working once the port completes.
- Your contract with EE will be cancelled automatically.
Things to Check Before Switching
- Contract status — if you are still within your minimum term, early termination charges may apply. EE will tell you the exact amount when you request your PAC.
- Outstanding device payments — any remaining handset balance will need to be paid.
- PAC validity — your code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, request a new one for free.
- Data and services — download any voicemails or data you want to keep before the switch.
