There are three ways to get your PAC code from Vodafone:

1. Text Method (Fastest)

Text PAC to 65075 from your Vodafone mobile. You will receive your PAC code via text within 60 seconds. This is the quickest and easiest method, mandated by Ofcom for all UK networks.

2. Call Vodafone

Call 191 from your Vodafone phone (free) or 03333 040 191 from any phone. Ask the agent for your PAC code. They may try to offer you a retention deal to stay — you are under no obligation to accept.

3. Online

Log in to the My Vodafone app or vodafone.co.uk. Navigate to the account settings or "Leaving Vodafone" section to request your PAC code online.

What Happens Next

1. Give your PAC code to your new mobile provider.
2. Your number will transfer within 1 working day.
3. Your Vodafone SIM will stop working once the port completes.
4. Your contract with Vodafone will be cancelled automatically.

Things to Check Before Switching

• Contract status — if you are still within your minimum term, early termination charges may apply. Vodafone will tell you the exact amount when you request your PAC.
